He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Mitchell, Rebecca Cowles Cunningham, Ray Wayne and Carmelita Ashley Chew; his aunt Rebecca Ann Cunningham; and his uncle Stephen Ray Chew.
He is survived by: his parents, Frank Dreaper and Susan Chew Cunningham; his siblings, Laura Ball (Brandon) and William Cunningham (Hilary); his uncles, William M. Cunningham Jr. (Kathy) and H. King Cunningham (Mary); his aunt Mary Catherine Chew; his godmother Lynne Rutledge Chew; his cousins, Elizabeth Thomas (Shawn), Anne Compton (Carleton), Mary Kathryn Levy (Evan), Shu Cunningham (Stephanie), Becky Denney (Brad), Emma Chew, Ben Chew and Kendall Chew; and his nephews, Cuyler and Bradley Ball.
