He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Tonkovich (Jim), Mike Zolcak (Kathy), Dorothy Zolcak and Rob Zolcak (Janet); his grandchildren, Katie, Michael (Tatiana), Shawn (Liz), Ryan (Ali), Casey (Mary Catherine), Matthew (Alexis), Molly (Connor), Amanda (Jake), Sarah (Wil) and Evan (Laura); his great grandchildren, Zoe, Charlotte, Adeline, Cole, Vayda, Henry, Maeve, Eleanor, Micah and Cooper; his friend Ann Manley; and his goddaughter Maureen Koubek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
