He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Christie Rae Walters and Norman Craig Walters (Jason Cookson); his grandchildren, Lily, Kennedy, Greyson and Vivian; and his parents, Elwood and Alma Walters.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Norman's name to any veterans association or organization of the donor's choice.
