She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Leroy Hale; and her father Hector Trevino. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Horst (Wade) and Kathy Redar (Don); her grandchildren, Eric Horst (late Molly), Timothy Redar (Tabatha), Erin Arnold (Nick), Patrick Horst (Kate), Greg Redar (Monique), Julie Perry (Andre) and Kevin Horst (Lori); and her great grandchildren, Timmy, Talula, Stella, Greyson, Anabella, Gabriella, Sebastian, Emma, Ava, Briana, Riley, Morgan, Carter, Gwynnie and Xander.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burdan Funeral Home and Crematory (12901 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake, IN 46303). A prayer will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis' memory may be made to Dunes Hospice or St. Jude Hospital. Keep Phyllis's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
