She was predeceased by: her husband Henry "Hank" Ludkowski; her former husband Eric Baumgart; and her siblings, Raymond Barankiewicz (Lillian), Lorraine Rusin (Vincent) and Dorothy Bartczak (John).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Bubis (James) and Colleen Wagner (Michael); her granddaughters, Jennifer Bubis, Laura Bubis and Samantha Wagner; her great grandchild Taylor Wagner; her sister Patricia Tisza (Carl); and her stepchildren, Cathy McCabe (Tom), William Baumgart and John Baumgart (Sharon). She is also survived by many step-grandchildren; one step-great-granddaughter; many loving nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
