She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Stavitzke and Agnes Stavitzke (Jamrosz); and her brothers, Christopher Stavitzke and Nicholas Stavitzke. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Tampauskas and Ethan Tampauskas; her siblings, Karen Sako (Gary), Frederick Stavitzke (Rhonda) and Kenneth Stavitzke (Henry Ludwig); her niece Hannah Sako; her nephews, Aaron Sako and Jacob Sako; and her friend Kristin Sipich.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boersma Funeral Home (90 E Grove St, Wheatfield, IN 46392). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to her children: Ashley and Ethan.
