She is survived by: her children, Cydney and Cole of Louisville, KY; her father Jerry Williams; and her siblings, Allyson Smith (Eric), Tera Urbanski (Paul) and Kourtney Hadrick (Robert Jr.). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
