Richard Saager Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Saager of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Saager and Marie Saager; his siblings, Donald Saager and Dorothy Teer; his grandson Christopher Cook; and his great grandchildren, Mila Grace Fastero and Blake Laska.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Julie Serbin (Mark), Laurie Laska (Michael), Kathy Sautter (Tom), Cindy Chariton (Tom) and Richard Saager (Larra); and his sister Marilyn Koehlert (Charles). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions in the Funeral Home include: social distancing at 6 feet, a maximum of 25 people at one time, and face masks will be required.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Richard's name to the family.
