He was predeceased by: his parents, B. I. Jacobs and Rosemary; and his stepmother Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Tim Jacobs (Meagan), Kevin Jacobs (Janelle) and Mary Vath (Brandon); his grandchildren, Vivian, Nora, Audrey, Alaric, Emerson and Baby J.; and his brothers, Rick (Jody) and Don (Cindy). He is also survived by many loving brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
