She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Lacny; her grandson Joel Aimone; her parents, Joseph Piontek and Antoinette Piontek; and her siblings, Helen Pankiewicz, Sophia Piontek, Ann Hubka, Lorraine Feneck, Joseph Piontek and Edward Piontek.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Aimone (Ray), Carol Casady and Jeff Lacny (Pam); her grandchildren, Cathy Kaiser (Matt), David Aimone, Michael Aimone, Heather Rooda (David), Brian Casady (Zoe), Jay Lacny (Beth), Nate Lacny (Chrissy) and Megan Janda (Jim); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexander, Olivia, David Joel Aimone, Jr., Scarlett Aimone, Winnie, Leo, Abbie Rooda, James, Jack Lacny, Jayla, Peter, Drew Janda and Lilly Lacny; her siblings, Antoinette Mihal and Chester Piontek; and her goddaughter Janet Cameron. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
