He was predeceased by: his son Tim Oliver; his brother Arthur; and his parents, John Oliver and Marge Oliver. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Garrett (Bill), Kevin Oliver (Edy) and Jeanne Brickey (David); and his brothers, James Oliver, William and Donald Oliver.
