He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

“We last saw Steve (and Sharon) just last Monday as they gardened in their front yard. It was the first time we had seen each other in many months. He was as full of life as we spoke about our kids, our son going off to college and the success of his 3. He was filled with kindness and joy. This loss is saddening, but leaves me with a small bit of the joy he shared that day. Our thoughts of strength are with his family and his wife Sharon. - Michael, Liz, & Austin Vesich”
