He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Carpenter. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Gallagher; his brother Tracy Melendez; and his aunt Cheryle Berryman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Terry's name to Porter County. Special Olympics, Tunnel to Towers Foundation or a charity of your choice.
