She was predeceased by: her husband John Bartos, Sr.; her parents, Simon Brazauskas and Anna Brazauskas; and her siblings, Stella Noak, Adele Brazauskas, Bruno Brazauskas and Albert Brazauskas.
She is survived by: her children, John D. Bartos, Jr. (Diana), Michael Bartos (late Nancy) and Kimberly Larsen (James). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and her many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Theresa's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
