He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Novotny and Alma Novotny; his in-laws, Henry and Mary Lovasko; his brother Arnold Novotny; and his brother-in-law Rich DeChantal.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Novotny; his children, Andy Novotny (MaryAnn), Julie Novotny Benko (Nick Benko) and Michelle Hart (Austin); his grandchildren, Abby, Sam, Lucy, Dorothy, John Henry, Gwyn and Zelie; and his sisters, Evelyn Kwasny (late Roland), Carol DeChantal (Joe Holicky) and Debbie Shellhorn (late Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Tom's name to the Gardening Angels of St. Matthias to help with the beautification of the parish, or in the spirit of his generosity, to the organization of your choice.
