He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Thomas Siminski; his nephew Jimmy Zervos; his parents, Chester Siminski and Eleanor Siminski; and his parents-in-law, Jenny and Walter Cuprinski.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Siminski; and his siblings, James Siminski (Marie) of Dallas and Andrea Dernay (Larry) of Bremen, Indiana. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews and close friends.
