She is survived by: her husband Phil Perry; her children, Sandi Perry, Philip Perry and Mike Perry (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Ariel Wight (Anthony), Holly Kerr, Asher Perry and Caden Hoyme; and her siblings, Jack Fowdy (Marion), Gary Fowdy (Amy) and Diane Hutton (Chuck).
