She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Thiel; her parents, Roy Anderson and Elizabeth Anderson; her siblings, Eleanore Csmereka, Melvin Anderson and Betty Hull; and her great grandchild Cody Rosenthal.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Obert (Don), Larry Thiel and Karen Cozart (Doug); her grandchildren, Tina Munroe (Tom), Donald Obert (Sheri), Anthony Thiel (Mariana), Justin Cozart (Aris), Dawn Knipp (Matt) and Jeremy Cozart (Kristin); and her siblings, Kenneth Anderson (Shirley) and Carol Minich.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Operation Smile or to Trinity Cares at Trinity Lutheran Church in Crown Point.
