He is survived by: his wife Gina Helmer; his children, Kristina Ochman (Jim Bazant), Katherine Malin (Josh) and Andrew Helmer (Gina); his grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan, Justin, Sydney and Tatum; his brothers, Bob Helmer (Donna) and Joe Helmer (JoEllen); and his nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Sam, Grace, Jacob, Jaycee and Michael.
