He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Otteman and Leola Otteman; and his sister Janice Fisher. He is survived by: his children, Delmar Otteman, Crystal Mlsna (Ross), Dana Filzone (Jim) and Shannon Otteman (Amy); his brother Rodney Otteman (Judy Henderson); and his former spouse Marjie Otteman. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
