He is survived by: his children, Palmer Black Jr. (Theresa) of Knox, Anthony "Tony" Black (Rachel) of Culver, Angel Leazenby (Ryan) of Salt Lick and Briana Vinogradov (Kory) of Tampa; and his siblings, Wilbert "Bug" Black (Sue) of Morehead, Joan Fouch (Tommy) of Morehead, Bonnie Jones of Morehead and Gus Black (Darlena) of Morehead. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
