He was predeceased by: his parents, Burbert Jackson and Elizabeth Brown Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Fox; his children, Dena Parker (Mike), Cindy Burch (Jon), Angela Philbeck (Doug), Melissa Hunter (Brandon) and Richard Jackson; and his grandchildren, Spencer, Brennen Parker, Richard D. Jackson, Jr., Gary Mullins, Travis Bailey, April Carrell, Braiden, Trevor Hunter, Nita Toschlog, Doug Philbeck, Jr., Jess Baker and April Philbeck. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
