He is survived by: his wife Judy Oxley of Dale; his sons, Marcus Oxley (Jamie) of Elberfeld and Brian Oxley (Heather) of Dale; his siblings, Marlene Powell (Jerry), Larry Oxley (Sandy) and Leon Oxley (Lana); and his grandchildren, Gavin, Jalen, Kaybree, Landon, Damon and Easton.
