Lucille T. Lubbehusen Obituary

The passing of Lucille T. Lubbehusen of Dale, Indiana occurred on September 30, 2026. Lucille, born on January 4, 1936, is remembered by those who knew her. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Gogel and Anna Gogel (Tretter); her husband Louis E. Lubbehusen; her children, Louis "Eddie" Lubbehusen, Janet Hirsch and Paula Fulks; and her siblings, Joseph, Eugene John Gogel, Rosemary Sitzman and Mildred Rummel.

She is survived by: her children, Diana Broerman (Larry), Dorothy Hamblet, Tom Lubbehusen (Hester), Mark Lubbehusen (Karen), Mary Jo Seib (Paul), John Lubbehusen (Kay Matthews), Mike Lubbehusen (Lori), Kevin Lubbehusen (Tammy) and Jerry Lubbehusen (Sara); her sons-in-law, Robert Hirsch and Gregg Fulks; her siblings, Anastasia Kern, Ruth Schwinghammer (Bill) and Herb Gogel; and her siblings-in-law, David Rummel and Mildred Snyder. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, fifty-one great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish (8 E Maple St, Dale, IN 47523). A rosary was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Francis of Assisi, St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dale or the Lange/Fuhs Cancer Center.
