He is survived by: his grandmother Susan Haisley; his uncles, Brian Haisley (Cheryl), Steve Haisley (Wendy), Joe Haisley, David Scott and Perry Evans (Tonya); and his aunt Joan. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and close friends.
