He was predeceased by : his parents, John A. Peckinpaugh and Deloris J. Peckinpaugh (Alspaugh); his parents-in-law, Arthur and Ruthelma Biel; his siblings-in-law, Robert Biel and Karin Peckinpaugh; and his nephew Michael Biel.
He is survived by : his son Robert; his wife Robin A. Peckinpaugh (Biel); his siblings, Rick Peckinpaugh (Mary) and Darlene Arnold; his sister-in-law Becky Biel; his nephew Robert Thomas (Angela); his children, Ashley Mae Upchurch (Aaron), Philip Hoyt (Melissa) and John Arthur (Haley); and his grandchildren, Avery Arthur Upchurch, Ruthie Gayle Peckinpaugh, Aubrey Ann Upchurch, Hoyt Nolan Peckinpaugh and Jax David Peckinpaugh.
