She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Graddy and Mary Ann Scothorn (John); her brother Steven Graddy; her granddaughter Cherish Bilbrey; her great grandchild Zayden Smith; and her brother-in-law Rick Childers.
She is survived by: her husband Danny "Vic" Bertram; her daughters, Amy Bilbrey and Angela Smith; her stepchildren, Deke Bertram (Julie) and Dawn Self; her grandchildren, Devin Bilbrey (Rachel), Josh Smith (Destiny), Tanisha Smith, Landon Bilbrey (Autumn), Paige Smith (Chris) and Sierra Bilbrey; her sisters, Mary Alice Childers and Dixie Sturgeon (Mark); and her sister-in-law Lyla Graddy. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
