He is survived by: his wife Holly Wessel; his children, Kiley Remley (Cameron) and Evan Wessel; his grandchildren, Vivian and Nolan Remley; his mother Linda Murphy; his stepchildren, Alex Birkmeier and Lauren Birkmeier; and his sister Stacie Ramsey (Bill).

Contributions may be made to the Hendricks County Humane Society.
