He was predeceased by: his parents, Minor Ray and Minnie Rose Adams (McMillen); his former wife Brenda Adams; his son Darryl Ray Adams; and his sisters, Wilma Rogers and Dorothy Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Boyce Wayne Adams Jr. of New Albany Indiana, Eric Wayne Adams (Pam), Lafayette, John Adams (Patricia) of Southern Indiana and Rebecca Webster of Oregon; his stepchildren, Debbie Hand (David) of Louisville, KY, Lisa Lucas (Michael) of Jacksonville, FL, Chris Schlachter (Gary) of Apex, NC, Kimberly Helvaty (Tom) of Danville and James "Randy" Sexton (Jenny) of Cicero; and his sister Joyce Head (Steve) of Idaho. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
