He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dugan and Berniece Dugan (Wagoner); and his brother Don Dugan. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Welsh (Dugan) of The Villages, Florida and Rex; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Dugan of The Villages and Cindy Dugan of Port Charlotte. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
