He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tunny and Mary Tunny (Herbert); his siblings, Kathleen Tunny and Michael Tunny; and his stepfather Paul Herbert.
He is survived by: his children, Andrea Duke (Jon), Ernie Alexander (Carla), Joe Tunny and James Barnette (Jennifer); and his siblings, Karen Dramann (Jim), Tommy Tunny (Lori) and Mark (Brenda). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
