He is survived by: his wife Diana Morris; his sister Brenda Ford; his daughters, Susan Flake (Butch) and Jane Houser (Gary); his grandchildren, Michelle Mitchell (Brian), Jacquelyn Dew (Spring), Andrea Stephenson and Luke Stephenson (Kelsey); his great grandchild Derek Tate (Danielle); and his great great grandchildren, Harper and Hailey Tate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephew.
