It is with sadness that the passing of Glenn Johnston of Danville, Indiana is shared. Glenn, born on February 5, 1934, passed away on September 9, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glenn Johnston to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Graydon and Vivian Johnston (Johnson); his siblings, Marilyn Speedy, Betty Barnes, Linda Meabon and Donald Johnston; and his wife Joy Jean Johnston (Plunkett).
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Parker of Sun City, Phillip Johnston of Baltimore and Alvin Johnston of Avon; and his children, Glenn Wayne Johnston (Angela) of Danville, Julie Ann Dumser (David) of Danville and Donald Gregory Johnston (Lydia) of Danville. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, eighteen step great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Helton & Harris Funeral Home-Danville (102 S Indiana St, Danville, IN 46122). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:30 PM at 887 IN-75, Danville, IN 46122.
