It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Leon Smith of Danville, Indiana, born in Clinton, Indiana, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Grover Brit; and his brother Gary Wayne Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Smith of Danville; his children, Douglas Leon Smith of New Jersey, Mark S. Smith (Anne) of Stilesville, Gary A. Smith (Angie D.) of Roachdale and Leigh Ann Kelly (Michael) of Marshall, Illinois; and his siblings, Grover Brit Smith, Jr. (Jane) and C. Jean Abner of Clinton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nephews.
