He was predeceased by: his father Alex Miller; and also Ida Louise Gargus. He is survived by: his wife Lecia Marie Miller; his son Jeffrey Scott Miller (Melissa); his grandchildren, Emilia, Chloe, Sophie and Aiden; his son Christopher Daniel Miller; his grandson Corbin; and his sisters, Charlotte Miller and Linda Kopfstein.
