Ray; his siblings, Andrew Jackson Chappell, Hobart Chappell, Robert Chappell, Jewell Jenkins and Rosie Freson; his stepson James Worley, Jr.; his children, Jackie Sumerlin (Tim), Teresa Surber (Jeff), Steve Chappell (Karen) and Mark Chappell; and his stepchildren, Vance Worley and Laurie Worley. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
