He is survived by: his mother Sonna Carley of Potomac; his wife Kathy Carley of Danville; his children, Justin Carley (Kim Brown) of Peoria, IL, Patrick Carley (Amy) of Danville, IL and Sara Berg (Andy) of Ferdinand, IN.; his grandchildren, Connor, Cole, Emmie, Maisey, Maxwell, Drew and Claire; his aunts, Betty and Barbara Jean; and his cousin Susan.
Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
