He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Ann Trent and Henry Herbert Smith. He is survived by: his wife Louise (Eck); his daughters, Hollie Passwater (Matt) and Melissa Siebenthal (Chris); his grandchildren, Kahlan Duarte (Patrick), Kayli Passwater (Lee), Karissa Fairholm (Calen), Michael Gibbs, Jr., Kaiden Passwater, Tyler Siebenthal, Owen, Tisen Duarte, Haisley and Noah Fairholm; and his sisters, Penni Tincher and Tami Fleming (Mark). He is also survived by wife of 47 years and his beloved children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
