Richard E. Willis Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate Richard E. Willis of Danville, Indiana, whose life came to an end on May 29, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Charles and Dorothy Jane Harritt Willis. He is survived by: his wife Jan Willis; his children, Deborah A. Vine (Douglas) and Richard E. Willis (CeAnn); and his brother Larry Willis (Marty).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hall-Baker Funeral Home (339 E Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
