He was predeceased by: his parents, William Donald and Myrtle Maureen Woods (Bush). He is survived by: his wife Cathy E. Setty; his sons, Jimmy Woods (Angie) of Danville and Bradley Woods (Stephanie) of Danville; his grandchildren, Kylie and Brady Woods; and his siblings, Steve of Tennessee, Jackie Woods of Tennessee, Ruth Culley (Clayton), Wanda Castetter (Plainfield), Mary Bryan (Danville), Peggy Richhart (Monrovia) and Cynthia Woods (Clayton). He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren.

Contributions may be given to one's favorite charity in memory of Roger.
