He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cain and Velera Cain; his siblings, Pat Lough, Tom Cain and Judith Mullen; his brother-in-law Bob Weliver; and his friend Regina Mellady.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Vannice Cain; his sons, Gary Cain (Karen), Tim Cain (Kim), Joe Cain (Sally) and Michael Cain (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jennifer Sermerscheim, Cody Cain (Kelly), Aaron Cain (Lindsay), Vanessa Redmond (Kenneth), Veronica Vinklarek (Joe), Chloie Storms (Trevor) and Abraham Cain; his siblings, Jerry Cain (Sydney), Dan Cain (Sharol), Kenny Cain (Marlene), Mary Weliver, Terry Cain (Amy), Candy Adams, Deb Gluesenkamp (Dan) and Jack Cain (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Stan Lough, Don Mullen and Betty Cain. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
