With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David B. Locks of Dayton, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrl Locks and Vivian Locks (Green); and his parents-in-law, Lester and Phyllis Zarse. He is survived by: his wife Penny Locks (Zarse) of Dayton; his daughters, Vicki Ruppert (Rick), Sandra Schmunk (Matt) and Dana White (Jason); his grandchildren, Melissa, Tristan, Jenna, Ethan, Sadie and Michael; his great grandchildren, Franklin, Parker and Cooper; and his sister Karen Robinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
