He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kerkhove and Betty Kerkhove (Kennedy); and his siblings, Donna Wall and Herald Kerkhove. He is survived by: his wife Lori Pruitt; his stepson Chris Pruitt (Roshiellia) of Remington, IN; his siblings, Diane Lyle and Larry Kerkhove of Lafayette, IN; his grandchildren, Tyler Pruitt, Kierra Pruitt, Nevaeh Pruitt and Logan Pruitt; and his great grandchildren, Greyson Pruitt, Leona Pruitt and Scarlett Pruitt.
