She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Gipson and Leatha Gipson (Lintner); her sister Zelda DeYoung; her brother-in-law Gorden DeYoung; and her brother Stanley Eugene Gipson.
She is survived by: her brother Larry Dean Gipson (Cookie) of Stockwell; her nieces, Paulette Payne, Teresa Hendren, Rebecca Laythrop (Ted) and Shawnda Lumley (Gordon); and her nephew Brandon Gipson.
