He is survived by: his wife Carol Shoemaker; his stepchildren, Christina Wallace (Timothy) of Lafayette, IN and Craig Adkins (Wanda) of Hurricane, UT; and his sister Carol Koons of Greenville, OH..
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Simplicity Funeral Care (1608 Schuyler Ave, Lafayette, IN 47904). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
