He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Omar and Hazel Grace Ruble (Rambo); and his grandson Austin Lee Speece. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Darlene Stanford; and his children, Cindy Dawn Webster (Randy), Susan Lynn Sullivan, Robert Richard Ruble Jr. (Paula) and Richard Alan Ruble. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
