He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas F. Hill and Beulah E. Hill (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Carolsue Hill of Decatur, Indiana; his stepson Aaron Whitacre of Decatur, Indiana; and his sister Margaret Hill of El Paso, Texas. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren.
