She was predeceased by: her father Lester I. Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Donnis M. Phillips (Coomes) of Decatur, IN; her siblings, Brad Phillips of Irmo, SC, Greg Phillips (Saleena) of Fayetteville, GA and Joella Phillips of Decatur, IN; and her nieces and nephews, Shenandoah Flora, Brittni Phillips, Dakota Monarque, Seth and Nathan Phillips.
