She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Foor and Lucile C. Foor (Byer); her husband Allen W. Bowen; her daughter Melanie Reihman; and her sisters, Myrna Raudenbush and Ada Odle.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Harris (Rex) of West Chester, OH; her son-in-law David Reihman of Cincinnati, OH; her sister Karen Evans of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Nicholas Reihman and Carli Reihman; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie and Aiden.
Memorials may be given to ACCF Angel Cancer Fund or St. Vincent De Paul.
