She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Jerome DeBolt and Dorothy J. DeBolt (Rabbitt); her husband Paul E. Kohne; her daughter Sandra Kohne; her grandson Thomas L. Nowak; and her brothers, Thomas and James DeBolt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Haines of Decatur, Indiana, Karen Brite (Paul) of Decatur, Indiana, Cynthia Rector (Rod) of Noblesville, Indiana and Theresa Nowak (Thomas) of Lewis Center, Ohio.; and her brother Rick DeBolt (Donna) of Auburn, Indiana. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials can be given to to ACCF-Cancer Fund or Riley Hospital for Children.
